You may move into your housing two days prior to your assignment start date.

After my assignment ends, when will I move out of my housing?

Your move out date will be scheduled for two days after your last day worked.

My cable/internet is not connecting, who do I contact to have this fixed?

Your cable and internet have been arranged through Delta Healthcare Providers. Please contact your recruiter with any issues, and we will contact the cable/internet provider to make certain the problem is fixed.

I have a maintenance emergency. Who do I contact regarding this?

You will be provided an emergency maintenance number upon move-in. Please call this number immediately, and then contact your recruiter so that they are aware of the issue.

I will be taking a week off during this assignment. What happens to my housing?

Your housing will be maintained by Delta Healthcare Providers during your break. For time off within an assignment, the cost of your housing will be payroll deducted. Please speak with your recruiter to schedule any time taken off.

What if I need more rooms for my housing?

Delta Healthcare Providers will make arrangements for any additional furnishings, housewares, or amenities that are required for your travel companions, or if would like an upgraded floor plan. Any costs for additional occupants, upgraded amenities, or larger floor plans will be payroll deducted over three paychecks after you have approved of the charges.

Garages and covered parking are available through the apartment complex I am being housed in. How can I arrange to have a garage or covered parking space?

Please notify your recruiter if you would like a covered parking space or garage. The additional fee for this will be payroll deducted each month.
