The Delta Companies team works daily to strengthen our reach within the community through humanity and philanthropy. It’s a core trait that runs through the entire company. Through both organized efforts and individual contributions we work to raise support and awareness for local organizations.

Since 2007, we have devoted time, resources and funds to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Through a collaborative contribution from the entire company, we have been able to help relieve expenses for children in need of orthopedic care, help finance medical equipment and building renovations, support research, supportive services for families, and recreational activities for patients.

$1 a day. We encourage our employees to give $1 a day which is donated to charity. In return they get to wear casual clothes to the office. This casual wear program has generated thousands of dollars for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and is a visual reminder to everyone in the company that we’re committed to making a difference in our community.

We all have something we believe strongly in and we love supporting those passions. The Delta Companies “Days of Caring Program” grants tenured employees days of paid time off to spend volunteering for an organization of their choosing.
