Ryan Anholt earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northwestern State University located in Natchitoches, Louisiana in May of 2000. After completing his degree, he worked in the Center for Biomedical Inventions at UT Southwestern Medical Center for one year.

He joined The Delta Companies in January of 2002 as a permanent recruiter for Delta Physician Placement (formerly Delta Medical Consulting) and was Recruiter of the Year in 2004. After a successful career in recruiting he joined the leadership team in 2005 and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Delta Physician Placement in October of 2006.

He served in that role for over two years, and in February of 2009 joined Delta Healthcare Providers (formerly Delta Flex Travelers). He was tasked with building the travel therapy recruiting team, and the permanent recruiting team of Delta Healthcare Providers was added to his responsibilities effective August of 2013. Throughout his tenure with Delta Healthcare Providers, he has exponentially grown the number of travelers on assignment and has been an invaluable member of the team. Most recently, Ryan was named Executive Vice President of Delta Healthcare Providers in July of 2017.

A former Canadian, Ryan lives in Grapevine, TX with his lovely wife, Kelly, and their two sons, Colby and Cade. Ryan and his family are active members of Gateway Church.
