17th Consecutive Year Recognized with the Gold Seal of Approval®
The Delta Companies (TDC), a leading healthcare staffing firm, has once again earned The Joint Commission’s Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Certification. 2025 marks the firm’s 17th consecutive year of Joint Commission certification, sustained through continuous compliance and successfully passing their 9th consecutive audit. The certification was awarded to Delta Healthcare Providers (DHP), TDC’s specialized travel therapy division. This prestigious designation, symbolized by the Gold Seal of Approval®, recognizes Delta Healthcare Providers’ commitment to safety, quality, and best-in-class performance.
TDC underwent a rigorous, unannounced on-site review as part of the certification process. During the visit, Joint Commission surveyors evaluated compliance with standards in leadership, human resource management, performance measurement and improvement, and information management. This year, DHP achieved a perfect score, demonstrating its adherence to the Joint Commission’s rigorous standards.
The Joint Commission’s HCSS Certification ensures healthcare organizations are partnering with staffing firms that adhere to industry best practices, including thorough provider screenings, onboarding, ongoing performance evaluations, and rigorous quality assurance measures. These practices improve onboarding efficiency, maintain continuity of care, and enhance patient safety.
