Alison brings more than twelve years of healthcare staffing experience to her role, supported by a strong clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Incarnate Word and began her career as a contract nurse, gaining firsthand insight into the provider experience.

Since joining Delta Locum Tenens in 2016, Alison has partnered with numerous providers across the country, using her clinical background and experience to build strong relationships and advocate effectively on their behalf. Alison enjoys helping providers find opportunities where they can serve communities in need and works to create a positive experience through responsiveness and clear communication. Known for being hardworking and compassionate, she is committed to helping providers find the right opportunity.

Outside of work, Alison is a proud mom of four who could happily eat pizza every day and has a special fondness for ladybugs.
