He attended Kansas State University, where he studied Business Marketing and earned a minor in Business Psychology, giving him a solid background in effective communication and building strong professional relationships.

He is committed to ensuring his providers have a positive experience on assignment, making it a priority to follow up both before and after each assignment to gather feedback and address any concerns. This approach helps maintain alignment between providers and facilities while supporting long-term relationships. He values building lasting partnerships, and many of the physicians and advanced practice providers he works with have partnered with him for years.

Bo is especially passionate about supporting staffing efforts in underserved communities, understanding the real impact quality provider coverage has on patient care. He is motivated by the connections he builds and by continuously identifying new opportunities that allow his providers to maintain steady, long-term work regardless of changing circumstances.

Outside of work, Bo is a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoys traveling the country with his wife and dog, living in long-term Airbnb’s and embracing the adventure of exploring new places and experiences.
