Douglas brings over six years of experience in healthcare staffing, supported by a diverse professional background that has strengthened his communication skills, adaptability and ability to build lasting relationships with providers across a variety of specialties and backgrounds.

At the core of Douglas’s approach is clear, consistent communication. He believes that staying in close contact with providers is essential to creating positive experiences and ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

What Douglas enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds and regions across the country. He values the relationships he builds and takes pride in knowing that his work plays a meaningful role in a much larger healthcare ecosystem, helping place providers who care for patients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Outside of work, Douglas is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and was in attendance at Anfield when the club defeated Tottenham to secure the league title in 2025. He also has an ambitious personal goal of traveling to all seven continents, combining his love for exploration with a curiosity about the world.
