Ginger brings twenty-three years of experience in healthcare staffing, with a career that spans both travel nursing and locum tenens. She earned her degree in Communications Studies from Texas Tech University, a foundation that supports her collaborative, relationship-driven communication style. Ginger began her staffing career in travel nursing and transitioned into physician staffing in 2011, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape.

Open and consistent communication is at the heart of Ginger’s approach. She believes strong relationships are built on clear communication and works closely with both clients and providers to tackle staffing challenges and find the right fit. By staying engaged throughout the process, she helps create positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Ginger lives in Dallas and is a big fan of Tex-Mex. She has a three-year-old West Highland Terrier named Stuart, and her first job after college was working as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines.
