August brings over four years of experience in healthcare provider recruitment and physician staffing, partnering with hospitals, health systems, FQHCs, rural hospitals, tribal health organizations, and community health centers nationwide. He graduated from Palm Beach State College with a degree in Business Management, which supports his approach to building strong partnerships and understanding the unique needs of the organizations he serves.

Throughout his career, August has partnered with more than 50 healthcare facilities, helping organizations address staffing challenges by connecting them with providers who align with their goals. He believes successful recruiting is built on clear communication, consistency, and taking the time to understand each client’s needs. By developing solutions tailored to each organization, he works to create partnerships that deliver long-term value.
