Jeff brings more than 12 years of healthcare staffing experience. He began his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah before moving to Texas and earning his degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of North Texas. A combination that gives him both the business perspective and industry knowledge to help clients navigate their recruiting needs.

Having partnered with roughly 500 healthcare organizations at Delta Physician Placement, Jeff enjoys helping clients find the right talent and improve access to care. He understands the importance of listening, staying accountable, and working alongside clients throughout the process. His goal is to earn their trust and become a trusted extension of their recruiting team.

Family is Jeff’s biggest motivation and inspires him to bring integrity, discipline, passion, and urgency to his work each day. Just as importantly, he values the opportunity to lead by example through his actions.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jeff hanging with his family, landscaping, or watching a scary movie (his guilty pleasure).  And despite being afraid of heights, he once faced that fear head-on by skydiving over Las Vegas!
