Zach brings nearly thirteen (13) years of experience in healthcare staffing, having built his career around developing strong client relationships and effective prospecting strategies. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in General Business and a minor in Finance, which provided a strong foundation in understanding business needs and creating solutions that support successful partnerships.

Zach believes the key to a positive experience for both clients and providers is consistent communication and strong partnership throughout the process. As a marketer, he enjoys being a trusted consultant and helping coordinate recruiting efforts that address access challenges and make a meaningful impact, especially in underserved and rural communities. He stays motivated by the opportunity to work on issues that are personally meaningful to him, including tribal recruiting and specialized healthcare needs.

Outside of work, Zach is a loyal (and sometimes struggling) Cowboys and Mavericks fan, with a fair-weather loyalty to the Stars and Rangers. He visits Buffalo Wild Wings often enough that he jokes they should make him a partner. Growing up, his house was known as “the Zoo”, not because of him and his three siblings, but because of how many different animals his family had.
