Follow the steps below to set up your Teladoc account and start using the telehealth service.

• Go to https://member.teladoc.com/feelbetter
• Under “Setup your account” enter your first name, last name, and date of birth, as well as the Member ID located on the Freshbenies information booklet you received in the mail.
• Enter all required fields, using your tax home address for the zip code, and complete account setup process.
• Once account has been created, you may request a consultation via the Freshbenies app or by calling 1-855-847-3627.
