Our Reward Day program is a unique paid time off benefit created to recognize and celebrate our employees’ hard work, dedication, and commitment over time. While on assignment, employees accrue both Reward Hours and Career Reward Hours, which can be used for vacation, personal time off, or to take care of other personal needs. It’s our way of saying thank you and giving you the flexibility to recharge when you need it.
