What are reward days?
You qualify for one reward day after 500 hours worked. This typically equates to one 13-week assignment worked. Reward days are 8 hours of your regular hourly pay and do not include stipends or per diems. Reward days also never expire, meaning if you stop working with Delta Healthcare Providers and come back, you will still have those reward days you have earned to use. To use a reward day, you must give two weeks’ notice to your recruiter and this day also must be approved off by the facility. You earn career Reward Days every 2000 hours. Therefore, if you work 4 full assignments in a year it is likely you’ve earned 5 Reward Days.
