Delta Locum Tenens and Delta Healthcare Providers earn national recognition in Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2026 rankings

The Delta Companies (TDC), a leading healthcare staffing organization serving facilities and providers nationwide, is proud to announce that two of its business units have been recognized among the largest healthcare staffing firms in the United States in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 report.

Delta Locum Tenens (DLT) was ranked the 16th-largest locum tenens staffing firm in the U.S. DLT connects physicians and advanced practitioners with healthcare facilities nationwide for short- and long-term coverage, and in 2026 earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Talent award for the 17th consecutive year.

Delta Healthcare Providers (DHP) was ranked the 28th-largest allied healthcare staffing firm in the U.S. The recognition is particularly notable given DHP’s specialized focus on therapy staffing. SIA’s allied healthcare category encompasses a much broader range of professions, including physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as imaging, laboratory, pharmacy and other allied healthcare specialties.

TDC also appears in SIA’s overall ranking of the Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the United States, where it and sister company Accountable Healthcare collectively ranked 31st under parent company Mitsui & Co.

SIA’s annual rankings provide a broad view of the size and landscape of the U.S. healthcare staffing industry. According to its 2026 report, 91 firms generated at least $50 million in U.S. healthcare temporary staffing revenue during 2025. Together, those firms represented an estimated $33 billion in revenue and approximately 86% of the market.
