The Delta Companies (TDC), a leading staffing firm for healthcare professionals nationwide, has announced it has been recognized with several Inavero Best of Staffing® Awards 2018. The awards, which are presented in association with CareerBuilder, are based on feedback from hiring professionals and job candidates that rate U.S. and Canadian staffing firms for superior service quality.
There are three categories of Best of Staffing® awards: Best of Staffing® Client Satisfaction, based on receiving high ratings from clients; Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction, for high marks from placed talent; and the Diamond Award, which recognizes companies that have won a Best of Staffing® Award for five consecutive years.
Each of TDC’s business units won awards this year.
• Delta Physician Placement: Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction (fourth year to win)
• Delta Healthcare Providers, Temporary: Best of Staffing® Client Satisfaction, Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction, and the Diamond Award (third year to win)
• Delta Healthcare Providers, Permanent: Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction (fourth year to win)
• Delta Locum Tenens: Best of Staffing Talent® Satisfaction and Diamond Award (fifth year to win)
To qualify for an award, a firm must have a 20 percent audience response rate plus 15 responses, or 250 total responses. The firm must also rank in the top 50 percent in Net Promoter® Score (NPS), which measures the likelihood a person will recommend the company, for both the client and talent categories.
There is a quantifiable difference in satisfaction rates between firms that win Best of Staffing® Awards and firms that do not. For Best of Staffing® winners, the average NPS is 67 percent for placed talent satisfaction, as compared to the overall staffing industry average of 21 percent. In the client satisfaction category, Best of Staffing® award winners received a NPS of 68 percent, compared to the staffing industry average of just 4 percent.
